We have used Fix Auto several times and have always been very satisfied with beginning to end of the process. They were helpful, clean, great work on our damaged roof and new windshield. And as a bonus we got out car vacuumed and cleaned! That is service! Thanks.

⭐ 1-Star Review — STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE<br><br>Absolutely unacceptable. Stay away from this Fix Auto location.<br><br>This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences we have ever had with an auto repair shop. Our vehicle was there for an ICBC claim, and the hitch was supposed to be replaced. It has now been a couple of months, and we are STILL waiting. No proper follow-up, no urgency, and apparently no accountability.<br><br>And somehow, things got even worse. While our vehicle was in their shop, their team scratched the original paint on the car and the bumper. We brought the vehicle in to have existing damage repaired—not to have additional damage created by the repair shop!<br><br>How does a professional auto body shop return a customer's vehicle with new scratches and damage that weren't there before? This is completely unacceptable.<br><br>What is even more infuriating is the lack of communication, follow-through, and professionalism. We should not have to chase a repair shop for months to get something resolved that should have been handled properly in the first place.<br><br>This experience seriously calls into question the quality of their workmanship, training, attention to detail, management, and professionalism. Customers trust repair shops with their vehicles and expect them to be treated with care and returned properly repaired—not damaged further and then left waiting for months.<br><br>We are extremely angry and disappointed. This is not what professional service looks like.<br><br>🚨 STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIX AUTO LOCATION.<br><br>And this review is staying right here until the issues are properly resolved. great staff! very patient and knowledgeable. great communication from my estimator and the updates were clear and helpful. my car looks better than ever. will be back here! :)
