The Detail Shop

Their website describes polishing at starting at $250. When I reached out to schedule, they advised it was $400. I asked if they had any options closer to the starting advertised price on the website and they ignored me and never answered any of my follow up emails.

Cool.
*EDIT* They did not, as indicated, respond to my emails "every time" as I sent one on Tuesday and Wednesday that went unanswered.

Anyway, won't be using them. Deceptive pricing model and unprofessional response time.

Repeat customer here. If you want your car to look and smell brand new, You need to visit the detail shop. If I could give 10 stars I would. I'm a commuter. East Vancouver to Abbotsford 4 days a week. I do everything in my car well not everything but you get the idea. I also had dogs up until recently so my car has been quite a mess. I booked in with Ryan at the detail shop and the booking was easy. All of the staff were super friendly. When I picked up my mazda I could not believe my eyes . The seats are black again, the carpet is black again. My car looked and smelled brand spanking new. Do yourself a favor fork over a couple hundys to drive away in a brand new car lol. Thanks Ryan!

Brought my car in because it was covered in paint overspray and these guys did a fantastic job getting it nice and shiny white again! Ryan was super helpful and accommodating as I work during the hours of operation! He stayed late to have me stop by so he could take a look at it and let me drop off before opening! Will definitely be back! Outstanding customer service!
