Been coming for just over a year. Wolfsburg came recommended by my longtime mechanic when he retired. I have been really happy with both the general car servicing work as well as the specific repair issues that have occurred. They are reliable, friendly and get things resolved in a timely manner. I feel very comfortable with Wolfsburg dealing with any issues with my car.
Broke down 20 minutes away from there shop, ubered there and shared what happened, the man working the front desk who i forgot to ask for his name came back with a milk crate full of old coolant hoses and i was able to find some to jerry rig my exploded hose back together allowing me and my gf to get back home. Will be going back for all my future needs
Great service, always discuss issues and let me know what why and how things are going to go. No issues with warranties and very prompt turn around.
