I've been using the Smart Program for windshield replacements since I got my car and they've always sent me to Crystal Glass. I've been to multiple Crystal Glass locations in Calgary, and the service I've received has been substandard to say the least. I tried this location in Airdrie to test things out, but so far I am truly impressed by the quality of their work, especially from this branch. I'll definitely make this branch as my number one go-to for windshield replacements.

Been to Crystal Glass Airdrie various times and recently have not been impressed with the service and lack of care. Had the windshield on my 06 Civic replaced and the glass itself is quite nice with even a shaded portion towards the roof. However, the installation was pretty careless with adhesive left on the exterior paint and interior cloth seats/dash. The windshield trim was also not clicked in all the way on the drivers side. Simple fix but something that should be noticed before delivery. The worst part of the installation was the wiring to my command start antenna was stretched and wrecked. The wiring into this antenna is so small and fine it can not be easily soldered and fixed. As a result my command start no longer works. As someone who works in the automotive industry myself it’s disappointing the lack of detail and care. Not sure, if I plan to ever return to this service centre.
