These guys were amazing. We were on a road trip and had to basically limp our truck with the trailer into town. Non of the big guys could help us on a Friday late afternoon. But these guys not only came through and but left us with confidence to carry on with our road trip. They also accommodated our dog and offered him water and a rest area out of the heat. Top notch service and highly recommend.

I am so glad I found the gem of a shop in Airdrie. Precision was recommended to me by the tech team at Tires On The Run when my tire noise wasn’t about my tires.<br><br>Kurt was amazing to deal with. Such great customer service especially making time to fit me in for a diagnosis.<br><br>The team is knowledgeable, professional, and over all, trustworthy. Customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend taking any of your vehicle issues here. They will take care of you.
It was not a pleasant experience with this company. I specifically went to them because I had identified a problem with my car and wanted it addressed. However, they still tried to charge me for a problem I had already identified.<br><br>I was given a total amount that they could not properly explain or break down, including up to $800 in unexplained charges. This is not the kind of mechanic service I would recommend.<br><br>What was even more unbelievable was that, despite identifying that the dipstick was empty, they could not even put a small amount of engine oil in the vehicle.<br><br>Their slogan, “There is no business like our business,” seems fitting—but unfortunately, in my experience, they appear to care more about their business than their customers or their customers’ vehicles.<br><br>Zero customer interest and very disappointing service.
