8 months ago I was saying: Really friendly people and good service. I will be back thanks<br>At that time I bought a trailer from a shop and they sent me to this shop for some warranty. I was happy, I’m not anymore…<br><br>Called them to ask if they can do a cvip on a one ton unit and they said yes, 225$. I said all good, I’ll bring it Friday. Friday comes, they do the cvip, and I see another charge of 159$ for taking the wheels off to measure brakes apparently. I called 2 other shops after to see if someone does it. If you Google what cvip includes is pulling the wheels. Is part of the inspection. I did cvip on the same unit 2 times before at another shop and they didn’t charge me for removing the wheels, it was my mistake to come here. I know I won’t be doing it again that’s for sure.<br>I pay the bill without arguing and when I want to re torque the wheels I realize one of my wheel caps is missing. I text them asking if it’s in the shop and they forgot to put it on. They tell me it was loose and I probably lost it after it left the shop. Well…I have 242.647km on my dash and never lost one. Whoever has a Dodge truck can actually retaliate how hard it is to remove wheel caps. Those caps are 140$ each at the dealership so a cvip here will cost you 560$<br>That’s my story…<br><br>Thanks and good luck 🍻👍
