Re: pick up truck rear bumber replacement.
After several different stops at places around ajax.... none followed through with a call back or a quote. Went in to see Roman for the same inquiry. He called me back within the hour and gave me a price. Accepted. He picked up my truck from my job site 4 days later when the part arrived / painted and drove it back when it was completed. Did necessary adjustments and it looks as good as new. Thankful he was able to do the work and happy to support a local business. Highly recommend.

My mom brought her BMW X3 to fix a few scratches at the rear bumper... Roman was very kind and patience understanding my mom's limited English. He delivered the result as promised and my mom was very happy with it. I highly recommend this auto shop.

Brought my wife’s car for a rear door collision repair and they did an outstanding job. The price was reasonable and the turnaround was great. Roman looked at it on Wednesday, asked me to bring it in on Friday, and the car was ready over the weekend. Thanks, Roman and team!

The folks at Ajax Body Shop did some great work on my car. I needed a new rocker panel, and some repairs to a rear panel. I am very happy with the results.

When some clips were not delivered to the shop on time, Roman personally picked them up and completed the job over the weekend. I appreciate the team going above and beyond to resolve the delivery delay and getting my car back to me promptly.

Please save your money and your vehicle. This body shop is the worst in the industry when it comes to honesty and quality work. At first he will give you a reasonable price then at the end of the work he will double the price by charging you extra for every little thing he did for you, even for a simple thing like screws. He billed me $200 for making holes for cladding.
Also beware of his poor quality of work because on my way for safety inspection parts were falling off the vehicle on the highway. His paint job also very bad. Just avoid this body shop at all cost because I believe all the five stars reviews are from family and friends.
He will also try to defend himself after the bad job by saying no one is perfect.
