Krown Rust Control

I have 2 older cars that I want to keep for a while longer so I went to Krown Ajax to get the restroom treatment. I previously had Krown regularly spray my 60 year old Chrysler and it stood up extremely well. I took advantage of the 2026 Summer Special package for both cars. The deal was really great . I made both appointments on the same day and in each case the work started and finished right on time .
I particularly appreciated the camera set up they have in the lobby that allowed me to see the undercarriage of the cars and watch the technicians generously apply the Krown product. In one case Jacqui,at the service counter, actually took pictures )and sent them to me) of the underside of the rocker panels to show me where I was having problems. She also recommended a good restoration shop to get a quote from to have the rockers repaired.
Overall, I was very pleased with the work done by Krown and the extra steps they took to help me keep my vehicles longer.

I had a great experience here and would definitely come back. Jacqui at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and made everything easy from the moment I arrived. Thanks for the great service!

I've been a Krown customer for several years and have always had positive experiences, especially when this location was operating in Pickering. Unfortunately, with the move back to Ajax, my experience hasn't been the same.

I arrived about six minutes late after accidentally entering the wrong parking lot and waiting for traffic before reaching the correct entrance. When I came in, I was greeted by Jacqui at the front desk in a very hostile manner and reprimanded for being late. While I understand lateness can affect scheduling, the interaction was far more confrontational than the situation called for, especially considering the waiting area was empty at the time. It left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable having my vehicle serviced, and it affected my confidence in the overall service.

I chose this location for convenience, but the poor customer service during my recent visit has made me reconsider returning.

UPDATE: After I posted this review, Kat, the manager, personally reached out to discuss what happened and went above and beyond to make things right. She took my concerns very seriously and showed the kind of customer service I'd hoped for from the start. I still stand by my original experience, but I appreciate her professionalism, accountability, and genuine effort to resolve the issue. I'm updating my rating from 1 star to 4 stars to reflect the way she handled the situation and the sincere effort she made to earn back my trust.

The staff at Krown Ajax location is very courteous and friendly. We have been long time customers at Krown Ajax for many years with multi vehicles. Every vehicle has been well sprayed and left washed and cleaned upon completion. We will continue to use this service for many years to come. Thank you for everything over the years.
