I was referred to Jason at Stance Factory by a colleague for service on bmw, and I'm really glad I took the recommendation.
Jason clearly has a lot of experience working on these vehicles. He took the time to explain what was needed, answered all my questions, and was honest throughout the process.
What also stood out was how reasonable his pricing was compared to other places I looked at. Great service, fair pricing, and genuine expertise.

I brought my new car to have it looked over. Jay was incredibly helpful and thorough. He let me know the vehicle was in great condition and only pointed out a few minor repairs that needed attention. It's refreshing to find a mechanic who is trustworthy and doesn't try to upsell unnecessary work. On top of that, the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend!
