Called to have my truck tuned, said come in and they could do it. Drove 30 minutes just for them to be busy and tell me I had to have the tuner plugged in before they could touch it. Told me i had to do that but Never told me anything over the phone before I drove 30 minutes out of my way to get it done. Not very helpful Will definitely have someone else tune my truck.
