My experience with Pembina Valley Auto on September 1, 2026 was extraordinary from start to finish. I was referred to them by Triple EEE Leisure Travel Vans after arriving in Winkler Manitoba Canada from Puyallup, Washington. I had left home on August 28 with my passenger‑side door window and seat controls completely inoperative. The day before my departure, Mercedes‑Benz of Tacoma had replaced both mirrors on my 2025 60th Anniversary Leisure Travel Van Unity Corner Bed built on the Mercedes 3500XD chassis. Unfortunately, on the first day of my trip, I discovered that the passenger seat and window controls were not functioning. I was already too far into my travel to turn back, and I needed to reach Winkler for unrelated warranty work.<br><br>Upon arrival at Triple EEE, Mary Fehr in Warranty Customer Service recommended that I contact Pembina Valley Auto and ask for Peter. Despite this being a last‑minute, same‑day request, Peter told me to bring my LTV right over. Only one hour later, he approached me and said the issue was resolved. Three connectors inside the passenger door panel had been left hanging, and Peter and his maintenance team corrected the problem immediately and with impressive precision.<br><br>Before I left, Peter asked me to walk with him so we could verify that everything was fully operational. He demonstrated the passenger seat and window controls, ensuring I saw firsthand that everything was functioning exactly as it should. During this walkthrough, Peter noticed, completely on his own, that a couple of rubber wire protectors on the driver’s side (unrelated to the original issue) had not been installed properly by Mercedes. Without hesitation, he fixed them right on the spot. This level of attention to detail and pride in workmanship is rare and deeply appreciated.<br><br>I cannot express how grateful I am for the service I received. Their customer service was above reproach, truly the best I have ever experienced, and better than any American automotive company has ever treated me.
