Standish Towing & Recovery

My 18 year old daughter was traveling from the US to Edmonton and her car broke down in Banff Park 1 hour from Banff. She was being helped by a Park Ranger who called Standish. She was quoted $2000 for a 1 hour tow into Banff. As a business owner my self I understand that business need to make money but $2000 to take advantage of a teen in trouble and tow a Subaru 1 hour is absolutely ridiculous.

There isn't enough stars to give your business for the exemplary service you provided by towing our truck from Banff to Canmore this holiday Monday.<br>After an unfortunate event that flattened our tire, you were able to help us to get to Canmore to have it repaired when no one else could.<br>You saved our vacation and we were able to continue to BC.<br>Thank you again! Highly recommended!

I broke my rear view glass and inquired on towing but the people at standish advised me to just drive it instead of taking a expensive tow. I really loved the honest opinion instead of asking for money like other companies. Amazing people 👏🏻

This is the absolute worst business ive ever dealt with in my life.<br><br>If I could. Id hardly recommend ever doing business with them .<br><br>Its a large business. The drivers were always amazing. But the dispatch was absolutely terrible. Terrible communication, care . Just zero effort. Absolutely horrendous. If i could id buy it and fire everyone on the phone. 0 stars. Hope it fails . I feel they honestly tried and openly lied about my business with them and tried to scam money out of me.<br><br>Terrible.
