Stopped into Bear Street Outfitters mid-ride as my gears were giving me trouble. After two other stores had been unable to help, the staff at Bear Street Outfitters were extremely accommodating and helpful. They went above and beyond to stop other work and take 5 minutes to help me with my bike. They completely saved my trip!!
I had an incident today while biking legacy trail, my pedal split in half and broke 5km away from Banff. I managed to use band aids to keep it together until I made it to this shop where I got a new pair of good quality pedals for a very reasonable price of 16$ and they even put them on for me because I didn’t have the gear to do so. The service was amazing and they were so kind. Thanks so much for helping me make it back to Canmore!
We had no plans for the day, and no idea what to do.<br><br>We showed up, rented 2 bikes, and had an amazing day.<br><br>The staff had us up and going in no time.<br><br>You do not need to know how long you want to rent the bikes for when you pick them up, it is pay as you go. This worked great for us.
