Strange experience. Brought my 77 Mercedes to them re to have a couple of issues diagnosed and repaired. They diagnosed a ball joint as needing replacement but didn’t tell me which one. They said they would have to search out the part or I could get it. I said that I’d be happy to find it if easier for them as it sounded like too much trouble for them. . Said that they would text me which ball joint needed as well as the other part needed. They did not. After unanswered texts (they asked I text originally) and calls met with ‘I’ll send it to you later today’ I eventually gave up. I have 3 Mercedes (2 classics and 1 new) and a BMW that would have happily had them service and repair but apparently they don’t need the business or just don’t care. I was polite and patient but just wanted it fixed. I ended up taking it elsewhere, parts were ordered next day and fixed. ‘‘Twas a waste of time.

Please, Please, I beg you...don't take your car to this place. I gave them my car with 1/4 tank of gas, upon recieving my car it was on empty.. Back to the dealer I go.

Great shop!!! Was hard to find a shop in barrie, who could service my Audi R8. They did perfect job with full service of the vehicle. The price was great and reasonable. Will recommend them to anybody looking for good service, for german made vehicles.

Brought my Audi sq5 in here. Alex Said there was just a little problem with turbo. He told me not a big deal to come back next week and he’ll fix it. I brought it back. He “said” “oh no, it doesn’t have the same problem it looks like bottom of engine needs to be rebuilt” I said what? “Alex said oh ya. Common problem, tick tick with these engines. So, then Alex asked how much my extended warranty cover. I said $10,000. He said ok we’ll make it work for around there, maybe a bit more? Took almost 4 weeks to get it back, when Alex said it would be a week and a half or 2. I had it for 12 days and the pistons he put in literally blew a hole through them, because of Alex’s and Edgaras’s false repair work. Had it 12 days for a $12,000 repair and Alex and Edgaras tried to lie to me and say it wasn’t their fault that the engine hydrolocked. So, I brought it to a real dealer and mechanic shop at Audi Barrie. They said this is 100% the shop fault that rebuilt engine. The pistons blew up, cylinders were done incorrectly and the heavy jolt from that, broke fuel injectors, which then flooded one or cylinders. Says his work is 12,000km’s or 6 months. I put 1200km and 12 days and they won’t fix it. I have to bring him to court where I have the backup of Audi Barrie, plus Global warranty saying this engine failure is 100% Alex, Edgaras of E.P. Auto Repair fault. They still haven’t fixed nothing or reached out, but ruined my little girls and my only vehicle. No performance issues at all. Just engine light on. Now they ruined engine for good and will cost $30,000 Audi Barrie said.
