I had an excellent experience with Muffler Medic! I called about an exhaust leak on my 2013 Chevy Equinox, and Brian was able to book me in the very next morning. He was friendly, helpful, and explained everything clearly. When I brought the vehicle in, they had it up on the hoist right away, showed me exactly what needed to be done, and gave me a quote on the spot. The price was very fair—far less than what the dealer would charge—and the final cost was exactly what was quoted. My vehicle was done in just 2.5 hours! I highly recommend this honest, family-run business for fast, professional, and affordable service.

Highly recommend Muffler Medic in Barrie. This family-run dad-and-son shop provides honest, professional service at very fair prices. They took the time to explain the issue with my vehicle without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. The work was done quickly, and they were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. It’s hard to find mechanics you can truly trust, but these guys definitely earned my business. Great experience overall!

Great couple, running this family business. Very professional. I had an emergency with the muffler ( exhaust) on my car and they were very accommodating. Pretty new to Barrie ( moved from Prince Edward Island and don't know many people nor businesses. I encouraged my 12 year old son to make the call ( teaching him real life skills) and the way they responded to him ( acknowledging that he was just a kid calling on behalf of his dad) was absolutely heart warming. They told him to drop off my car so they could diagnose first and then see how can they save me money.
Fixed it. After few days I had a concern. Stopped by and they took it for a drive, came back picked me up as a passenger and told me that the muffler was fine and that my car needs wheel bearing fixed.
I'm one happy customer, will be returning ( if needed) and highly recommend to others!

Made an appointment with the shop because my front exhaust flex joint and my rear exhaust pipe has both broken. My car was VERY loud. They fixed my exhaust in 45 mins and the car is factory quiet now. I also had them quote replacing my suspension. They are very fair in their pricing and were fully transparent with their quoting, explaining what needs to happen for the job. I would 100% return to this shop for future repairs.
