I would not recommend this shop if you actually want your vehicle's issues diagnosed and resolved properly.I brought my car to this shop to look into a noticeable brake noise. Instead of fixing the issue, I was charged $100 upfront for a diagnostic check, only to be told by the mechanic that they were unable to solve or fix the noise.
While I understand that diagnostic time has value, paying a premium flat fee only to be turned away with the exact same dangerous issue unresolved is highly unprofessional. Under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act (CPA), consumers have clear rights regarding vehicle repair transparency, estimates, and diagnostic fees. Charging an upfront fee without delivering any path to a resolution or a proper breakdown is a terrible business practice.
I am deeply disappointed with the lack of results and fairness here.
