I contacted Innisfil Collision after we chipped the edge of the driver side rear door on a vehicle that was only a week old, so I was pretty frustrated. The owner- Joey, offered to touch it up at no charge which I really appreciated.

They were very knowledgeable and transparent in explaining what a proper repair would involve including prep, blending, and refinishing the panel, and set clear expectations about what a quick touch-up could realistically achieve. The result looks much better from a normal viewing distance, and it was clear they approached it with care and attention to detail.
It was a real pleasure dealing with Joey. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust him with more extensive work in the future.

These clowns did a great job on paint. They found damage to led lights but told no one and fixed for the insurance quote. These clowns cost me 3000$ to replace the light, and both TD insurance and Innisville collusion(collision) refused to fix. Beware of this pair.
