Detail Haus

Fantastic interior detail from Detail Haus. This is one of the best detail services I’ve used, from an easy booking experience, great communication with text updates, a top class detail that made the car feel like it was brand new and easy payment experience. I will 100% use Detail Haus again and will recommend them to my friends and neighbours!

This is a second year.I have used them.They've gone above and beyond each year.And I'll be continuing to bring my vehicles to them

The worst customer service.
Hope the person who runs this business (Darryl) will reconsider his approach to customer service.
He did not have anything sooner than almost 3 weeks of wait time. Nevertheless, I booked the appointment. Received a text requesting to confirm it, which I did. On the day of the appointment, about one hour before the appointment I received another text that we are proceeding with it (despite having booked it it with him already and despite having confirmed it once via text before). I replied yes when I saw it which was closer to the time of the appointment. However, about 4 minutes before the scheduled time Darryl said he had a family "thing" which he needed to attend (during the phone call, he conceded he had forgotten about it and that it was not like someone was at the hospital). When I called him to advise that I re-arranged my day day to be in Barrie for this appointment and it would be difficult to re-schedule to the following day as I have appointments with my own clients elsewhere, I asked if he would re-schedule for later that same day. He said he had a client at 6pm. I replied that asking that client to re-schedule would be easier since that client would have at the very least a full-day notice as opposed to a 4-minute notice. We agreed that Darryl would get his day organized and would reach back to me to confirm if he can make it by 3pm or 3:30pm. He never did. I called him but he stopped picking up the phone. Very disappointing. He might be good at what he does but he is definitely sucks at customer service.

Excellent service . Efficient and Darryl was friendly and explained things as he went along.
Had I known we needed a deeper extraction for the salt and the seats, I would have pointed it out.
But that’s on me,
Will definitely use them again
