Jiffy Lube

So my wife told me about her absolutely horrible experience at the Ann st location of jiffy lube. After being left for over an hour, while multiple vehicles pull up after her and receive service before her. The manager was very unconcerned that they had left a customer in the heat for over an hour. Poor service! Then when she calls to discuss the incident the manager begins to MANSPLAIN to her that it’s just how it goes sometimes. As a former mechanic and manager I can tell you this is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I will be contacting the corporate office regarding this absolutely disgusting customer treatment. I guarantee they would not have spoken to her so disrespectful had I been present

I recently visited Jiffy Lube and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional level of service and professionalism demonstrated by the entire team. From the moment I arrived, the staff exhibited outstanding customer care, technical expertise, and efficiency.

The service was completed promptly without compromising quality, and every aspect of the process was explained with remarkable clarity and transparency. The facility was well organized, clean, and operated with a high standard of professionalism that instilled confidence in their work.

Amazing team here! They were super welcoming and knowledgeable. Looks like they valued my time and just knew their stuff! Thank you!

First-time customer and, unfortunately, I was not impressed with the service we received in May.

My husband brought my vehicle in for an oil change. About two weeks later, my oil pressure warning light started coming on and off. Since my vehicle is less than five years old and this had never happened after a previous oil change, I was understandably concerned.

I called the shop to see if they would take a look, as I trusted that the oil change had been completed properly. The receptionist took my information and spoke with someone in the back before coming back with two responses:

1. They do not warranty their work after seven days.
2. I could bring the vehicle back, but if it required additional oil, I would be charged.

My husband called afterward to express how disappointed we were with this response, as we felt it was poor customer service.

Instead, I took my vehicle to Jiffy Lube on Grove Street. They topped up the oil, addressed the issue at no charge, and provided excellent customer service. They also reset the “Oil Change Required” reminder on my dashboard, which apparently hadn’t been done during my original oil change despite us paying over $100 for the service.

Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this location! If you need work done on your car as simple as an oil change, go to the Grove Street location. You won’t be disappointed!
