Customer service at its worst! Brought our truck in for an alignment and left with a bolt through a brand new tire. The unsightly mess outside the building is likely what the tech ran over when bringing the truck around to the front for pickup. "Not our problem" was the answer provided to my wife when she showed them the bolt in the tire. Do not give this business owner the trust to handle your vehicle with care. Own up to your mistake!
