Cathy, Nick and everyone at Craft Auto were fantastic. It can be intimidating finding a garage as a woman but Cathy really reassured me that I would be well taken care of and not taken advantage of. Boy was she right. The service I received was great, as are the prices. I feel the staff really go the extra mile. I have a plan and pricing for repairs that need to be done when I'm ready. I was pleasantly surprised they did not try to upsell me or pressure me into any unnecessary work. I will absolutely be going here moving forward with my car and highly recommend this for any other woman, senior or person who is hesitant about visiting garages otherwise. Thank you Craft Auto team!!
