Fountain Tire<br><br>On Wednesday, we had an unexpected tire issue with our trailer and stopped in hoping to find a few parts to help us out.<br><br>What happened next is what truly impressed me. 💗 🔧 ⚒️ 🛞 🛠️ 🔧 💗<br><br>Jeffrey didn’t just stay at the shop—he actually came out to where we were stranded to help us assess the situation and get the trailer limped safely back to Fountain Tire.<br><br>Even though trailer repairs aren’t something they normally do, and despite it being a last-minute request, Jeffrey didn’t hesitate. He searched high and low to find the parts needed to repair the damage, and he and his team worked tirelessly to get our trailer safely repaired and road-ready for Friday morning. They could have easily said, “Sorry, we don’t work on trailers,” or “We don’t have time today.” Instead, they found a way to help.<br><br>That level of customer service is something you don’t see every day. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for our safety were second to none. I have to say I have had a lot of service done to my May Vehicles over the years. We are traveling in a RV from Nova Scotia and we needed an alignment. I came in and was greeted warmly and Manny hopped out from behind the desk immediately and took a look . As suspected we needed a wheel alignment and they were booked but when I said I could leave it Manny worked to fit us in. With a cross continent travelling schedule and this being our Home … Manny was super helpful<br><br>They can even get Amsoil Oil which is liquid gold!!<br><br>What a team at Fontain!!!
