I had such a great experience here and Jacob was the primary reason why. I walked in without an appointment because my rear view mirror had popped out of place, and even though he was already very busy with other things, he still took the time to come over, look at it, and pop it back into place for me. Jacob was so kind, helpful, and didn’t make me feel like I was inconveniencing him at all. I really appreciated him taking the time to help me, especially as a walk in. Inner-City Auto gave me the kind of experience that makes you want to come back and recommend them to other people, they are the best!

While my family is going through an incredibly difficult tragedy, I had to bring my car in today for repairs so I could make it to funeral arrangement appointments this week. Unfortunately, the repairs ended up being much more extensive than I had expected.<br><br>Jacob was absolutely amazing. He took the time to work with me on repair financing and, knowing how important it was for me to have my car this week, even made sure all of the repairs were completed the same day. His kindness, compassion, and willingness to go above and beyond during such a difficult time meant more to me than he probably realizes.<br><br>Jacob truly saved the day for me, and I’m incredibly grateful. I would absolutely recommend him and the entire Inner City team. Thank you for taking such good care of me when I really needed it.

I don’t recommend breaking down on a multi-state road trip, but if you must, I highly recommend you break down in the vicinity of Inner-City Auto Repair. The team here was sensitive to the time crunch I was under to get back on the road and managed to complete the repair that was needed in a very timely manner. Jacob and Sam especially went above and beyond in their care for my vehicle.

Great experience here at Inner City in Beaumont, always a great experience when we come here and also when we recommend people here. Jacob always gets the job done and makes sure things get squared away quickly.
