As someone who knows nothing about cars I left my appointment feeling more knowledgeable about my vehicle than i have in the past. Went in for a general inspection on a 16 year old car and received fully detailed notes and suggestions on repairs/maintenance. There was no pressure from the team to jump on them immediately, which i really appreciated as car stuff can be $$$ sometimes! The staff were really friendly and kind and answered all my questions with honesty and professionalism.
