Awesome service.
Went to get a rumbling noise checked out that was coming from under the hood. After charging $800 dollars for two new parts I picked my car up only for the problem to be worse than it was when I dropped it off. Many better mechanics to visit in Dartmouth.
Honest about wait times and backlog. However, caveat should be put firmly on the first come first serve as people drop off their cars overnight so it doesn't matter how early you arrive.
My experience at Cheapy Automobile was very negative. I requested only essential repairs for my MVI, but after the work, my hand brake was damaged. When I returned, the mechanic refused to fix it, acted rude, and increased the price to $3000. What made the situation worse was the discriminatory remarks directed at me as an immigrant. No customer should be treated this way. I do not recommend this shop
