Bought this Duramax in June 2025 from PSA
I paid 62,000 for this truck
Not even a year into ownership I have replaced:
Stereo And USB port wiring for Apple CarPlay- $150
Turbo charge pipe lock rings and hose - $700
Fuel pressure sensor- with labour $1200
Fuel pump- $800 with labour
CV joints and Tire rods on front suspension- $1100
Glow plugs- $500
Tailgate latch
Hood latch
Parking brake wire
And of course they’re sketchy in-house warranty They offer finds a loophole for every single thing and won’t cover it.
You guys Are lucky I am a young successful man who Can afford to fix this on my own dollar otherwise this truck would have been driven 50 km an hour through the front of your building.
Whatever happened to taking pride in your work and doing proper work without Shortcuts. Especially when you are charging $62,000 for a truck made in 2018. I have also found bolts halfway threaded in on the transmission and U bolts on the rear leaf springs. What a Sick joke this place is putting Band-Aids on Unreliable wrecked trucks. Your mechanics clearly do not know how to work on diesel vehicles. What a way to take advantage of a 20 year Old kid. I hope you take some pride in this.
Oh, and also take a deep look at the paint before you buy these trucks. They put an inch of wax on these things to hide all blemishes. After a few months when that wax wore off, it looked like my Truck was driven through a pine tree. That ran me another 1500 bucks to get the body paint corrected

The service is garbage I'd give zero stars if I could. I was told they'd want it for the whole day and at 5 pm they never even touched the truck. Never going back there again

Can't say enough good things about these guys. After being in the industry for 40 years and now retired I was so happy to find an honest bunch that care about what they are doing. I had a small glitch with my truck and they got me right in and found the problem. A broken wire which could have taken forever to find but the techs traced it in a timely matter and had me on the road again. Thanks so much to Geordie and the gang. Love my truck

Improperly installed u Joint blew apart one day after truck left this shop. I can’t even get a call back. Have spent over 7k in parts and labour at this shop since January. Still waiting for a call back.

Love my Rims and Tires .....Best service by far from any other performance shop I've been to.
