Ken was a great help, we had a problem with a hardwired smoke detector that was failing and going off repeatedly. We had been out of town and came home to the alarm going off. He was able to secure a replacement detector and came to the house on a Saturday afternoon to fix the problem. Great guy, very helpful and informative.

Bought a new home, and the DAY BEFORE I moved I checked the house out… and the breaker had tripped and I lost heat during one of the coldest nights in years (-30). During this time my pipes froze, and I had immense water damage in my kitchen. After multiple attempts to regain power, I lost hope. Ken showed up within an hour of my call, and stayed with me until we got power back on. I don’t mean 15-30 min, he stayed in the absolutely freezing house even after the power came back-just to make sure it STAYED ON for multiple hours. I don’t know what I would have done without him. ON TOP OF THAT-he went out of his way to diagnose future issues, find correct parts and ensure my home was safe to be in. I wish there were more people like Ken out in the world. Honest work. Called Ken to get a quote for some work at my house. Ken walked me through diagnosing what needed to be done and turns out I could do it myself! Saved me some money and cost himself. Don’t see that too often! Honest and funny too!

I called because my microwave kept tripping the breaker and I thought it was an issue with the breaker. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone walked me through what I had to do, and explained it was nothing to do with the breaker, but the microwave itself. "Yes' I need to replace my microwave, but because of his help and explanation over the phone, I didn't need a pointless call out for him and be charged for it. Thank you!
