So this store has a reserve option on their web site. I found my parts and placed a reserve order "Thursday night 8pm" and waited for them to call as the website states. Easter Friday passes and I'm waiting Saturday morning for my call. They open at 9am, 10am passes then 11, it almost noon? I could have just driven to the store at 9 am. Anyway I go to the store not knowing if order is prepared or what ever it is they do. I walk in, there are three people there, two at the counter and one guys standing in the back ground not doing anything. Guy comes over, I stated I've been waiting for you guys to call me, that I've reserved some parts . He stated they are busy. REALLY? I think perhaps if they have reserve system and items have been on order since the night before or even longer maybe they should put one of the three people on it as soon as the door opens, its the same as some one walking in .. no? I want to support local business but If I'm waiting at home for them to call why not just click amazon and they'll delivery and I dont have to go anywhere. Ok so now I have my parts and half the day is gone, thanks Partsource. I wont be back.................. Ok so now it later in the day and I'm putting the parts on. I ordered rotors and pads. I find out that he gave me the wrong pads. The part number on the order are correct HE GAVE ME THE WORNGS PADS! Did he did this on purpose ? The bill was right the parts were wrong. The guy that served me he came out again as before... two others working at the counter. I told him politely you gave me the wrong parts he said "it happens" ...... no apology, no sorry, no nothing. So its now about 2pm most of my day has been wasted on this . This job should have been done in one hour or less. There's three people working here on this day 04/04/2026 A young lady, a very polite east Asian guy that replaced the wrong parts and the third guy who served me . Perhaps some one will take notice and have chat with said individual. I repeat I will never go back here again.

The staff was super helpful — friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make sure I found exactly what I needed without any hassle.
