I brought my Tucson in to get my door fixed! I am very very satisfied with the service I received. Young lady at the front desk is so nice and very helpful. They took care of my rental. What surprised me is they cleaned my car !! Not only the outside but inside as well . Thank you so much . Manager came out to speak with me , explained what was to happen, very personable and polite!!

Got my rear brakes and rotors changed along with an oil change. They did take a little longer than expected but the did the job well and the price couldnt be beat! Will definitely recommend them.

The most disappointing experience was when they misaligned my tires during a tire swap. Over-torquing caused two of my studs to break. I then visited a Honda dealership, where they diagnosed the tires as cupped due to misalignment. The cost to replace the tires will exceed $1,000. Additionally, I discovered two large punctures in the body of my car, just above one of my rare tires. The simplicity Car care denied any responsibility for these damages. I am very disappointed that they did not acknowledge the issue or take any responsibility.

Recently took my car to Simplicity to have the hood repainted. There was a defect causing the paint to peel away from the primer, so it had to be blasted down and painted from scratch. They did an incredible job, it looks brand new and colour matches the rest of the car seamlessly. I found it sparkling clean, and was surprised to open it up and find the interior had been detailed as well. They even pointed out another spot on the car that needed attention, but were not pushy in the slightest for me to book another appointment. Very pleased with my experience!
