Wilson's Specialized Tune-up LTD

Recently had my vehicle in for service and found it very professional with fair pricing and friendly staff. The job was done on time and my vehicle was ready to go when I needed it.

Not impress. After talking to dave (davie)at this shop.I told him exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, he then gave me an appointmment for two weeks later. I paid the tow truck to drop my vehicle at the shop, only to be told the same problem i was having with my vehicle that i had already told him and i was charge a diagnostic fee. my point is you did not want to work on my car you should not tell me to bring it in. Here is where i am not impress!! He told me that the parts needed to fix my GM was discontinue because my car is old (03) and that none of the other parts dealer he dealt with could find the parts in canada (this is dave’s words / davie same person)so i should come and get my car because it’s not worth fixing. I paid a truck again to take my vehicle back to my home.I did some calling around for parts and found that to be completely false. I know for sure you can pick up an aftermarket power steering rack, pump,and lines at any of these auto parts store. Word of advice to people be careful of these reputable shops you take your vehicle to and to all those shops receptionist/front desk person’s be mindful what you tell the customers. I felt i was 100% treated unfairly!!!

Best mechanic shop around very honest and very professional mechanics! Very fair on pricing and wholesome great people! I would highly recommend to anyone for any vehicular needs! 10/10 A1 Service again and again.
