Incredible service!! Easy 5/5 rating for these guys!! Today at 3:30 pm I went to leave work and my car was unable to start. Worried I was facing a major issue, I walked down to this location in hopes of help. They sent their workers to come help me at my work and they got the car boosted so I could get to the shop. That there saved me a $100 tow truck bill! Immediately after we arrived they found the issue and solved it right away. I paid a very fair price and was on the road perfectly good again by 4:30 pm! In one hour I went from worried I was stranded in Belleville for the night, to back to perfect and on the road home in time for dinner with my family! Incredible!! Highly recommend this location.

Ryan and Ruth were both fantastic. Ryan took my booking because I called on a Saturday and was very friendly and understood my situation. Ruth was always very friendly and helpful. Even when my wife came to pick up the keys because I couldn't get there until after hours, they both gave excellent customer service and my wife even came home to tell me how great it was in their brief interaction.. job was done right in the price was fairly reasonable. Vehicles performing well now. I would absolutely use this place again and I will when the time comes.

I’d like to say I had a great experience with Master Mechanic.
My brakes failed on my truck and I had to get it towed to Master Mechanic. I spoke with Ruth and she knew I was in a bind so she got her Mechanic right on the job. His name was Nigel and he is a great Mechanic. Also, a great Communicator.
I had my truck in their shop early afternoon and I had it back at the next day and everything is working great and only sold me the parts I needed.
There is other things that I need done on my truck. There was no pressure to try to get it done the same time so I’m gonna go ahead and get the rest of it fixed as soon as I can.
