been using bridge st auto for the past year and they’ve been great to me. My alternator went out,got towed in and wasn’t even sure if we could get an appt the same day but they worked me in their schedule and got my alternator diagnosed and fixed within the hour

Outstanding professional honest establishment! We have our 3 vehicles serviced there. Jamie and his crew replaced 2 transmission lines on my 2012 ram today. The cooling lines were attached to other lines that were questionable at first glance so he ordered everything just in case.
He only replaced what was needed and sent the other parts back. His mechanics inspected the other lines and said they were ok for a few more years. Very honest! A possible $2000 job costed me $500 .
The truck was given back to me with the mess from the leaking oil cleaned and no finger prints or grease anywhere on or in the truck.
We had similar experiences with our 2 older suvs. They fixed only what was completely necessary and told me that they checked other things over and we were good to go
