I just went to CSN Ultra and was hoping to get an estimate as my car was damaged. When I asked for an estimate I was told it was $50.00 TO GET AN ESTIMATE. Shocked would be an understatement. NEVER have I had a body shop charge for an estimate. I was in the automotive business for 37 years. Never had this experience. Not only did they lose my business (probably a $3000.00 repair) but I will certainly NOT recommend them to ANYONE. How do you stay in business with this policy! Obviously money counts more than customer service !!
