Lady with grey hair at checkout counter need to learn how to behave with customers. we bought some fittings from store the stuff was heavy so cashier who was helping us offered that she can give us carboard box and this old lady with grey hairs jumped in saying we sell bags also. in a very rude and misbehaving tone like i was trying to do something wrong.
first of all i didn't asked for box your cashier offered and secondly she was not even helping me to cash out. i felt really bad about it. never coming back to this store again.
Management need to train their employees.
