Extremely disappointed - peeling paint nightmare.
The dealership I bought my car from (Acadia Toyota) brought it here to get the bumper repainted after the original paint started peeling just a few months after buying it. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing but frustrating.
They repainted the bumper twice, the first time they got the color wrong. Both times the paint started peeling again not long after. This isn't just bad luck - it's a clear sign of poor prep work or low quality materials. Rock chips happen, but this is ridiculous. I know plastic bumpers need special prep - cleaning, sanding, adhesion promoter, the right kind of paint - but something clearly went wrong here. A professional paint job should last, not start bubbling and flaking within months.
I've wasted time and energy going back and forth, and still im left with a peeling bumper. I expected a lot better from a company that works with a dealership.
Would not recommend based on my experience. It actually looks much worse than before.
Had a bumper repainted by this shop and it peeled everywhere Had it done again and Iām having the same issue. Very disappointed with this shop.
