My day started out in a panic with a screw in my tire at the worst possible time. I called the shop but unfortunately didn't get an answer right away. Within a couple of minutes, they called me back (even though I didn't leave a message!) to ask how they could help. After I explained, he told me to come right in. Within 30 minutes of calling, my tire was already repaired and ready to go. A proper repair too - no damage to my rim, excellent patch job and amazing customer service. The price was incredibly reasonable, especially given the urgency. He saved my day for sure and I am so grateful for the amazing service that I received. While I hope to not have the same issue in the future, now I know who I can trust for a job well done.
I brought my car in for a tire change over. They damaged my jack points where they did not take the time or care. Its only 1 year old car. Luckily they did not damage the battery as it is an ev. I would never bring my car there again. Exercise caution, better places out there.
