I took my Cadillac in for what should have been a routine oil change. Instead of using the proper high-quality oil this car is designed for, these clowns poured in some cheap, low-grade garbage oil.<br>The difference was immediate and disgusting. The engine lost its smooth power delivery. Acceleration feels sluggish and delayed. The car used to pull clean and strong — now it feels lazy, hesitant, and underpowered. Throttle response is dull, and the whole drivetrain just doesn’t feel right. Performance dropped noticeably, and it’s impossible to ignore.<br>This isn’t a cheap economy car. It’s a Cadillac. It deserves the correct viscosity and quality oil, not whatever bargain-basement fluid they decided to dump in to save a few dollars. Using low-grade oil in a vehicle like this is pure negligence. It can increase wear, hurt efficiency, and clearly kills the refined performance these engines are known for.<br>I’m curious. What should have been simple maintenance turned into a performance downgrade. I expect better from any shop that works on luxury vehicles. If they can’t bother to use the right oil, they have no business touching Cadillacs.<br>Avoid this place if you care about your car. I’m getting the oil changed properly elsewhere and will never return.
