Called looking for a Briggs and Stratton flywheel key and even provided the part number (5002K). I was also asked to provide the engine model which I also did (80202-0016) and was told that's not the model number, which it is.
I had to hang up as I got the feeling that this is one of those places that will talk down to you and be condescending.
Quick to answer the phone though which is always nice.
I have been dealing with Kingspoint Small Engines since 2016 and have consistently had an excellent experience with them. They have repaired and serviced many of my small engine equipment over the years, including riding tractor lawn mowers, snow throwers, chain saws, and commercial-grade leaf blowers.
What stands out most is their technical expertise, honesty, and professionalism. They always diagnose issues properly, explain things clearly, and provide realistic expectations regarding repairs, costs, and timelines. Most importantly, they deliver on what they promise.
Over the years, I have also purchased several pieces of equipment from them, and they have always stood behind their products and warranties. Their customer service and after-sales support have been exceptional.
Hands down, this is the best small engine repair shop in Brampton. Great people, reliable service, and trustworthy workmanship.
Very expensive and no manner talk to the customer
Don't be fooled by the new Google listing and the fresh star rating. This is the exact same business that recently deleted their old profile just to wipe away their bad reviews.
Deleting a business page to hide honest customer experiences tells you everything you need to know about how they operate. Take your equipment somewhere else.
Attaching picture of review i posted a year ago for this business.
My go to for all my small engine repairs.
