Spoke with Ali on the phone about my 2023 Kia seltos. I’m going to see him in the morning but honestly I just want to make a review about my first impression on him. I will update this review tomorrow if anything changes or I have more to add about his character.<br><br>Ali sounds like a typical brother, dad or uncle who wants to help a young female out in need. I’m sure he could tell by my voice that I’m young and don’t know much about vehicles. The first thing he said to me was, “isn’t your car under warranty?” so right then and there I knew I was talking to someone who was genuine and not about to steal all my money because in fact, my car is under warranty but I’m not about to pay the dealer $160 to find out that it’s something that’s not even covered under warranty. if he was in it steal my money/ scam me, he wouldn’t have even brought up my warranty.<br><br>Anyway, if all goes well tomorrow I plan to use this company for other things as i see their prices online for oil changes and rust proofing is a crazy good deal. I’ll obviously update this if things go south but to be honest, I have a really good feeling about Ali and this company.<br><br>I just wanna say from the bottom of my heart I appreciate Ali’s compassion, and professionalism. Honest mechanics are very hard to come by and this is coming from someone who has worked as a service provider before and seen mechanics scam their customers left right and centre. He has calmed me down to the point where I feel like I can actually sleep tonight and not worry about being ripped off or scammed because honestly, that was my biggest fear.<br><br>Thanks Ali, from your newest customer moving forward😌<br><br>Update: saw Ali this morning and he is just as genuine as I suspected. I unfortunately have to get some work done and I’m definitely not happy about it but I had to find out at some point. He was open and honest, did not pressure me AT ALL to get work done, and honestly his pricing is very competitive. I’m not sure if you could find lower prices but I’m sure if you could the quality would be horrible. This review is for everyone but I really want this review to target young women. As a young woman myself I know how easily mechanics can take advantage of your lack of knowledge in vehicles, and unfortunately they know we are easily manipulated because we see the good in everyone. I highly recommend Ali especially to young women who are afraid they will get scammed or pressured into something. I am so sorry this review is this long. I don’t typically write reviews this long but honestly this man deserves recognition, and maybe a raise from his boss? (😉hint hint). See you soon Ali, and thanks again for being you!
