I was just about to throw out my Bose radio wave DVD player Couldn't find anyone on Long Island NY to fix it. Came across Ricks shop on line. Took a chance and called him. Thank God, he said I fix them all the time. What a nice man!!! I sent it to him UPS paid for his return shipping and he fixed it. I am so happy. Very honest and enjoyed talking with him Thank you Rick!!!
Very quick and to the point. I have been dealing with Rick for many years now and he always makes the repairs and educates me at the same time.I have nothing fancy but he always fixes my stuff and his prices are great. Saved my computer twice and repaired my music equipment many times. By the way I love stopping in there because he is a great guy to talk to. He is number one in my book!!!! Would never take my stuff anywhere else!!!
Great service fome this shop twice this year. My laptop screen was cracked at the corner, and he did a unique repair which was great and affordable. Then it happened on the other side, and a shop where I live in Florida wanted to keep it for 2 weeks and charge $300. I brought it back here again on a visit and the same repair was done to the other side. Again excellent work and very affordable. I recommend bringing any type of electronics repair here for the best service,
