Had a great experience dealing with Brendan and Dylan at Forman Honda. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process of buying my Civic easy and smooth from start to finish. Really appreciate all their help and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car!

Very disappointed with how Jaden Enns do her job. Poor customer service skills, there was little to zero effort made to verify whether my warranty covered the service before asking me to pay. On one occasion, I explained that I believed my warranty applied, but instead of thoroughly checking first, I was told I had to pay before the matter could be verified. I was even told I can't leave the premises without paying. Customers should not be put in a position where they feel pressured to pay before reasonable efforts are made to confirm their warranty coverage. I hope this process is improved so others do not have the same experience. My advice to anyone reading this review is to know exactly what your warranty covers and keep your own records, as you may need them if there is any confusion.

After a long day of airline travel finally started the journey home. Ran into some issues with my Honda civic, rolled into Honda’s service department they got us right in to get fixed up. Service was exceptional and got us back on the highway home. Thank you
