This shop was absolutely amazing. They were super friendly, accommodating and fast!<br><br>I was just passing through and blew a tire the night before. ..... And to be honest everyone in Brandon were absolute angels.... I had spoke to a couple of other tire shops and everyone was super kind and tried very hard to address my needs ..<br><br>However.. K.K Penner had the 20" tire size I needed in stock and they had me pull straight into the bay on arrival, they replaced the tire in record time, all of the staff from the desk to shop were some of the nicest people I've ever dealt with.<br><br>They gave me a great tire for am incredibly fair price and had me on my way in no time.<br><br>I highly recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience with K.K. Penner Tire Centers Inc. in Brandon. I went there to have a trailer tire changed, and during the service, their mechanic damaged/broke my hub glass. When I brought the issue to their attention, I was very disappointed that they refused to take responsibility or help resolve the damage.<br><br>Afterwards, when I had the necessary repairs taken care of, I was even more concerned to learn that a complaint had apparently been made regarding my truck and trailer tires. My truck and trailer numbers had been provided to the shop during my visit.<br><br>Later, an RCMP officer stopped and inspected my truck and trailer at the Petro-Canada/Petro-Pass parking area in Brandon. The tires were checked, and I was told there was no tire issue.<br><br>Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I expected professional service and accountability when I paid for their work. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this location and will be taking my business elsewhere.
