OK Tire

Damage door side of my vehicle. Ask if to review the footage manager just started yelling

I’m pretty sure my car has no dent and scratch when i brought it in for a tire swap but after 1 and half hour of waiting just notice this big dent and scratch after the service. Just a customer that has no choice but to ignore it when no one wants to admit it even if there is a cctv. Filing a complain here will take long and it’s not free. Its more stressful😅

I had my worries after reading some of the negative reviews about OK Tire in Brandon, but all I can say is I am extremely satisfied with the service and friendliness of Shawn that greeted me when I walked in for my appointment this morning. I called a couple days ago looking for specific all weather Michelin tires and they booked me in for Friday morning knowing that I had the 2-hour drive coming up. He promised me I would have the vehicle back by a certain time and he stuck to his word and actually called me 10 minutes early. I wouldn't think twice about going back up there and I'm very satisfied with the job that was done and so should you! Thanks Shawn, and thanks to the tech that installed all four tires! Also what got me up there was the price, they were $245 cheaper than other shops in town. Great going OK Tire!!
