Micheal was very professional introducing himself & Ethan. They wore protective 'slippers' to avoid dirtying our floors. He explained everything fully, he had to move some breakers & put new ones in to make space for a whole home surge protector. The job was done quickly & properly. The cost was actually $200 less than another company thst quted me.I'd definitely recommend Gem Electrical for any service.
A tree branch fell and took out our power cables and junction box, Micheal from gem was here early in the morning, he did an amazing job at repairing our junction box and within a good time frame and in really hot weather. He answered my questions professionally. Overall very happy with the experience would recommend to others
