Great store, you usually find what you're looking for

Had to wait more than 15 mins to return an item yet it wasn’t busy , l asked the person at the counter (she identified herself as Sam) if anyone else can help me since she was busy chit chatting she rudely said didn’t have anyone else to help I don’t understand how long it takes to return something and it shouldn’t be hard especially if there’s a lot of other people working and a big store like that. Pathetic attitude and service
