Owner cussed me out over the phone when I told him the new product does not match the old one. Also missing a drain plug on rad pipe which was requested. Refuses to answer the phone. Also refused to give me my original pipe back.
Sharing my personal experience/opinion.
Terrible customer service. I've bought many parts from these guys had no issues before not sure whats going on. I was on the phone with them and they hung up on me. No call back or concern. They don't seem to care about their customers.
You think you are buying a brand of pipe they send you a knock off and still try to tell you its the same brand so I return and get told its a manufacturer defect and to make it worse they boned me for 6% when I returned it for credit card fee BAD CHOICE not recommended
