stopped by today as had a flat on our way north.
didn't have what we needed, even called another store.
added air to our spare as well.

Called for a simple wheel rebalance after my tire lost its balance weights. Instead of the normal service, I was told it would cost double because “the tire is cold” and they need to warm it up first.

Tire shops balance wheels all winter in Canada. Charging extra for “cold tires” sounds like an excuse to overcharge for a basic 15-minute job.

Very disappointing.

I love dealing with these guys. Honest and fast service with reasonable prices. Keith has helped me every time. This time I had a flat and they fixed it faster than I expected with no hidden costs. I believe they deserve the recognition and I highly recommend them!
