Can’t say enough great things about this business. I called them this morning and told them I was in sort of an emergency situation. The gentleman Brandon, who answered the phone has the best customer service. He was so informative, helpful and kind. He knew that I didn’t know a lot about tires and he walked me through different price points and features to make the best decision for me. Not only did they have my tires in stock. They were able to get me in that afternoon. They quoted me an hour and a half time and they were done in under an hour. I’m sorry I can’t remember the tire technician, but he’s an absolute machine at changing tires. They also gave me a quote and when I went to pay, it was actually less than they had quoted originally, which is so nice in this day and age where everyone is feeling the pinch of finances. Everyone there is so friendly and just make you feel so welcome. I’m confident to say that this is the place that I will always get my tires. Thank you so much to everyone at Tirecraft Brantford for your kindness and your speedy service. You are literally saving my life on the road and I can’t thank you enough.
