Absolutely frustrating experience trying to get anything done over the phone lately. The new guys answering the calls have no clue what they’re talking about — they’ll quote you wrong products, wrong prices, and waste half your day with incorrect information. I actually had one of them argue with me about paint code compatibility on a 2023 Toyota like he knew better than someone who’s been spraying cars for 15 years. Total amateurs.
The only reason this place is still worth going to at all is because of Marwan and Mike. Those two are absolute legends — knowledgeable, fast, and actually care about getting you the right stuff the first time. If you can talk to either of them in person, you’re golden. But good luck getting past the clueless new phone staff to even find out if they’re working that day.
Do yourself a favor: avoid calling and just show up hoping Marwan or Mike are there, because the rest of the “help” right now is borderline dangerous for anyone doing real bodywork. Huge step backwards in customer service.
