Bought my F-450 to their shop to get safetied and had no idea what could be wrong with it. Kevin (owner) was honest and upfront with his service and prices. His honesty blew me away, his customer service skills are amazing as well. Once the truck was ready we did a little walk around the truck and he explained everything he did.

Kevin’s presentation of documents and truck were impressive. All documents were inside a sealed envelope with my company name. He even included some mats for my newly purchased truck. It felt like a red carpet service.

Kevin and the team at Charles and Lloyd offer a very unique service! I have used their services in various capacities from truck annual inspections to equipment fleet maintenance.

Their constant drive to do better and install quality products is something you don't see often.
